01. How to use the site
You can search any product through our search engine to find your desired products. You can select category>Subcategory>product and then add products to your own cart and click on place order. Add your address, select a delivery time – and yes, you are done. A kena24 customer service executive will confirm your order and deliver your order right to your doorstep.

You can register by clicking on the "Sign in" button at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that asks.
03. Any charges for registration?
No. Enrollment on kena24.com is completely free.
04. Do you need a kena24.com account to purchase?
Truly, you have to have a record in kena24.com to buy online grocery items and beauty and personal care products. On the off chance that you don't have any record you can arrange from our hotline 09614300000 and our client support agent will help you to open a record and submit a request for you. But, we suggested having a register account.
05. Can I have multiple registrations?
No you can’t have multiple accounts with same email address. Each email address and contact number can only be associated with one Jogaan.com account.

07. What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 10 am to 8 pm every day. You can also select your convenient time for delivering your product.
08. How much do deliveries cost?
We offer free home delivery at Uttara zone if the order value is BDT 300 or more. If the order value is less than BDT 300, we charge BDT 50 delivery fee.
09. What about product prices of yours?
We do not charge extra prices .We set our prices at the products MRP. Products without MRP tag will be charged based on our website price which is almost same with local market prices.
10. What are the available payment modes?
We accept Cash on delivery, Credit and Debit cards (VISA / MasterCard/ AMEX) and mobile wallet (Bkash) to collect payment.
11. Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Jogaan.com?
Yes, it is safe to use your card on Jogaan.com as we using https certifications. Our purchase system is totally automatic and we do not store any Bank account information on our server. Only customer basic information has been stored for customer convenience. Moreover, we are using a secured and reliable payment gateway of Bangladesh.
12. What if the item is out of stock?
We display only when the stock is available, so we rarely run of out stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available.
13. What is the meaning of Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Jogaan.com then you have an option for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Jogaan.com. In case of COD you have to receive the invoice/money receipt form the delivery man.
14. Where do I enter the coupon code/promo Code?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on place order from you cart, you will get an option to use promo code there. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.
15. When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on your desired day. Normally we delivery within 3 hours.
16. Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer service team will keep you updated about your delivery.
17. What is the minimum or maximum order for delivery?
Minimum order delivery is Tk. 300. You can order up to Tk. 10000 in a single order for COD. If you pay in advance by debit or credit or Mobile wallet you can enjoy unlimited order facility.
18. What will I do if the product is damaged?
You can return the product to our delivery man and you can pay after deducting the product amount to our delivery man.
19. If any item from my order is missing, what should I do?
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team mentioning your order number and the name and code number of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
20. What is your sourcing?
We have contact with wholesalers, manufacturers and importers. We ensure the quality product.
